Dr Pyefinch launched Best Practice in 2004, bringing a career as a busy General Practitioner and more than a decade’s experience as a pioneer of Australian medical software development.

Lorraine Pyefinch
Chief Relationship Officer

Lorraine’s esteemed career includes successes as a registered nurse, business founder, councillor & regional mayor, and now includes coordination of key business, government & customer relationships.

Craig Hodges
Chief Operating Officer

With accomplished business and financial management experience, and lengthy involvement in public and private healthcare governance, Craig coordinates operations in the group and stakeholder engagement.

Matthew Whitehead
Manager, Software Support

Matthew is our senior customer advocate, leading the support of our software products and managing our busy user helpdesk support services, ensuring rapid, professional and responsive support to user enquiries of Best Practice products.

Mitchell Grotherr
Manager, Software Development

Mitchell leads the analysis, design, development, testing, production and release of Best Practice products, coordinating our software and application development, quality assurance and material production processes.

Tammy Street
Manager, Infrastructure Support

Tammy coordinates organisational infrastructure of Best Practice Software, including information communication and technology networks and systems, buildings and facilities, and desktop and mobility resources for our people and operations.
